South Georgia's Tallest Building
When complete, the 11-story, 400,000 sf mixed-use development known as "Twenty3Twenty" will be the tallest building in South Georgia. The plan's unique mixed-use design will offer professional and retail space along with high-end residential units. A rooftop garden adds to the unique amenities, and contributes to the green aspect of the development which is seeking LEED certification.Much of the residential space is already reserved, and 10 commercial businesses have already committed to the project, including a prominent bank and law firm.
